Modifications to this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify all or part of this Agreement at any time. We will endeavor to notify you of any such modifications before the modified Agreement becomes effective. If you do not agree to the terms of the modified Agreement, you may no longer access the Services after the modified Agreement becomes effective. We will endeavor to inform you of this legal consequence when notifying you of the revised Agreement. By voluntarily accepting the modified agreement or continuing to use the service after the modified agreement takes effect, you agree to be bound by the modified terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you may terminate your use of the Services.
(1) You may not use improper or unauthorized means to interfere with or adversely affect any other user's ability to use the Services as intended; to obtain an unfair gaming advantage; or to access virtual items or other content to which you do not have valid rights. This includes the use of cheats, unauthorized mods, hacks, glitches or other technical vulnerabilities, as well as phishing, scams or social engineering.
(2) You may not use the Service to create, upload or distribute any material that infringes or violates the privacy of others. This includes "doxing," which is sharing or threatening to share information to embarrass, intimidate, harm, or harass another person.
(3) You may not use the Services to create, upload or distribute any material that is intentionally or knowingly misleading, false or deceptive. You may not use the Services to "spam," which is the repeated or regular misuse of a communication channel in order to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Services, promote any third-party products or services, or adversely affect any other user's ability to use the Services as intended.
(4) You may not use the Services to create, upload, or distribute material that contains actual or shockingly realistic depictions or depictions of gore, excessive violence, torture, or cruelty to animals. This includes all depictions of such content, whether the material is real or manipulated media, animation, computer-generated images or other digital creations.
We retain all rights to our intellectual property rights. We and our licensors own and retain all right, title and interest in and to the Services, Virtual Items and your Account (excluding any tangible media on which the Services may be provided), including all: (1) information, text, data, files , code, script, design, graphics, artwork, illustrations, photos, sound, music, title, theme, object, character, name, dialogue, location, story, plot, animation, concept, audiovisual effects, interactive features, gameplay , methods of operation, service materials, virtual items or your account, and all other copyrighted materials; (2) the trademarks, logos, trade names, trade dress, services of parties including us logos and trade names; (3) other forms of intellectual property (all of the foregoing collectively, the “Content”)
Certain Services may include advertisements or links to third-party websites, content, merchandise, promotions or services ("Third-Party Ads"). We are not responsible for, and do not control the content of, any Third-Party Advertisements, and the inclusion of such Third-Party Advertisements on the Services does not imply our endorsement or approval of such Third-Party Advertisements or the content of such Third-Party Advertisements. The websites, content, merchandise, promotions, services or business practices of third-party providers.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Services, Virtual Items, or your account, and by destroying or deleting all copies of any materials or software in your possession or deleting your account.
